letslivehere are delighted to announce a competition exclusively for Northumbria design students to come up with a new T-shirt design for the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring students to create a design to bring letslivehere to the forefront of the North East lettings market. letslivehere is an ambitious company due to expand in the near future. The project will stand out on your portfolio as a measure of your talent; those without creative DNA need not apply! The final design should be sent to peter@letslivehere.co.uk as a PowerPoint presentation explaining your motives behind the design and also a separate attachment on a template of a T-Shirt. We would also appreciate physical examples although we understand you are students and this costs money so is not essential!
The design must appeal to both the student and professional market and be cutting edge, building upon the strong, bold brand image of the existing company logo. The font for the existing logo is Calibri (Body) and the colour scheme must adhere to the two shades of green in the “letslivehere.co.uk” company logo. The design must contain the company telephone number, logo and website address; we are looking for modern, fresh ideas, moving away from the traditional old and stale image of the estate agent. The T-Shirt must also be practical as it is to be worn by staff and used in future promotions. The winner will also attend an award photoshoot to celebrate individual achievement.
